Emirates Developments officially unveiled Jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island at an exclusive launch event held at the iconic Louvre Abu Dhabi on January 28, 2026. The evening brought together over 700 distinguished guests for a landmark moment in Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate landscape, and featured a special performance by global icon Katy Perry.
The event celebrated the partnership between Emirates Developments and Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality. Jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island introduces 253 luxury branded residences, ranging from one to five bedrooms, on one of Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious waterfront destinations.
Designed by Killa Design, led by architect Shaun Killa, the visionary behind the Museum of the Future, the tower rises as an amber-hued sculptural form featuring flowing curves, floating terraces, sky gardens, and a striking elevated pool that redefine waterfront living on Al Maryah Island.
Adjacent to The Galleria Mall and overlooking the canal, residents will enjoy direct promenade access, panoramic views, and Jumeirah’s signature hospitality services including wellness, concierge, private dining, and curated lifestyle offerings.
