The value of real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi during September reached AED 7.24 billion, with a total of 1,313 sales and mortgage transactions, according to Dari, a platform of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi.

It is worth noting that the real estate market in Abu Dhabi has witnessed rapid growth over the past years, thanks to the strategic initiatives and projects implemented by the Department in cooperation with the concerned authorities to facilitate investment in the real estate sector.
